Not quite the hotel experience I hoped for
check-in mess bathroom hair
Check-in was a mess, I must say. I never received the email with door codes before arrival. I had to scramble to find a phone number and get assistance. My room also had some issues with cleanliness. The bathroom floor had hair all over, so that's great.
